Account Update: Profile Name Change to Hit Point Press

First – The purpose of this update is to address necessary account maintenance and is not specific to this particular campaign.

Second - Thanks to all you fine folks who have supported us over the years, Cardamajigs has officially incorporated as Hit Point Press Inc.!     

As a result, we're changing the name of the Kickstarter account from Cardamajigs to Hit Point Press to align with the company profile, instead of the brand profile. 

At Kickstarter’s request and to be transparent with our backers, we are posting the name change on all Cardamajigs Kickstarter projects.  This posting allows us to maintain our project and backing history.  The only thing that has changed is the account name.

Thank you for coming on this journey with us and be on the lookout for more Cardamajigs Kickstarter campaigns under the Hit Point Press account!

Fulfillment 99.9% Complete!

Hey Backers!

Thanks for the long haul we've completed 99.9% of the fulfillment!

What's this mean? We've shipped all the packages and are currently just resolving support requests. If you haven't gotten your package yet or something got damage during shipping contact us at [email protected] and our team will try and resolve it within 2 business days.

Fulfillment Update: 95% Complete!

Hey Backers!

We're rounding the bend with fulfillment for Cubeamajigs. It's been a great run and we're glad to have almost all of them at your doors.

We have 105 packages left to go that will be shipped via Canada Post. We're still working on resolving those final packages. For those in that final 105 we apologize that your package won't be at your place for the holidays, but they will be there shortly afterward.

NOTE: If you got a Fedex tracking number last week and it's been more than a couple days please check your tracking details. We've been getting calls that people aren't home or receiving their packages.

Mid Week Fulfillment Update, 70% Complete

Hey All,

Just wanted to send a breakdown of all the packages fulfilled so far to keep maintaining communication about how everything is going.

Overall: 1608/2302 (69.85%)
(36 haven't submitted requests/658 outstanding)

Fulfillment by Country

USA: 1248/1603 Shipped

Still a few orders left here to go through, a good number of these have errors that we have to manually fix (Zip code/location errors etc) or being shipped to a PO Box. If we can't resolve the issue we will email you for assistance.

Canada 192/205 Shipped

The remainder of the Canadian packages can't be shipped via Fedex for one reason or another so they will be going out with Canada Post. 

Worldwide 262/472

Finishing processing these orders, most of the remainders are being shipped by airpost as they're smaller orders.

Why hasn't my package shipped yet?

We're still going through all the orders so not everything has been shipped yet. Some cases there are errors with addresses that we need to fix or we need to revise the shipping method as not all packages are going by Fedex Express. Why? Here's a breakdown:

• Fedex can't deliver to PO Boxes (only regular mail gets delivered to these)
• Worldwide orders that have less than 2 sets*
• Can/US orders that have less than 1 set*
• Some Rural areas in Canada*
  

*The package limitation for countries are based on the cost to ship via Fedex Express, in most of these cases the cost to ship exceeds the overall pledge.

Quick Fulfillment Update, 50% complete!

Hey All,

Just wanted to give a quick update about fulfillment. We hit the 50% shipped mark on Friday and should be at 70% by tomorrow. Things are flying pretty quickly so if you haven't gotten a notification you should soon!
