How Many Cards can each pack hold?

• 15+ Double Sleeved Cards (including Perfect Hards), • 20+ Single Sleeved Cards, or • 30+ Sleeveless Cards • 35 12mm Dice

They are not compatible with outer sleeves

Last updated: May 08, 2018 07:27

Wait they also hold Dice?

Yes! As a last minute discovery we found out that they can hold 35 12mm Dice. So no need to carry around all your little dice in a bag just toss it in with your other packs!

What are the outer dimensions of the pack?

67 x 14mm x 94 mm

2.64” x 0.55” x 3.7”

What sleeves are compatible with Cubeamajigs?

Almost all regular sized sleeves are compatible with Cubemajigs! Dragon Shields, KMC, UltraPro, Legion, Ultimate Guard, BCW, all work great.

Note: I can’t confirm if no name or cheap sleeves will work as there are too many brands and the consistency of those products is suspect.

As for inner sleeves we find that perfect inner sleeves and perfect hard inner sleeves both work well.

How do I choose my pack designs?

After the campaign is complete we will be sending out Backerkit surveys and in there it will feature all the different pieces of art and sets that are available to be selected.

Last updated: May 08, 2018 07:27

Will I be able to divide a set of 25 packs between multiple designs?

Not at the moment, but we are planning sets that span more that just one piece of artwork.

Here’s some sets that we’re planning that have more that one type of pack.

•	Set of all the base colors
•	Set of all the Cardboard Crack boxes
•	Set of all the packs by a single artist
•	Mosaic Set of 25 different pieces of Art
•	and Potentially more as things get unlocked
Last updated: May 08, 2018 07:27

Is the logo going to be on front of all the packs?

No. Only the single color packs will have the logo on the front. All the art pieces will only have it on the sides and credits on the bottom.

Last updated: May 08, 2018 07:27

For the Art Packs, does the art wrap around the pack?

No. The Sides, Top and Bottom are all a solid complimentary color.

Last updated: May 08, 2018 07:27

Will we be able to order these as print on demand?

Sadly no. Due to the nature of the production process it won’t be possible to produce such small runs. If you are looking to get a few thousand made up then by all means contact us and we’ll see what we can do!

A solution for those who want custom art. Back a solid color and then print some stickers with the art and pop them on!

Is it safe to travel with a pack loose in my backpack?

While it’s not recommended, tests have shown that the pack does help to prevent damage to the contents within it. As long as you’re not tossing heavy things on top of it that could crush the pack you should be fine.

Is it safe to travel with a pack in my back pocket?

We don’t recommend doing this. I’ve found that from personal tests the pack can handle the strain over short periods of being sat on, over time the pack will warp which will likely lead to the contents within getting damaged.

Last updated: May 08, 2018 07:27

Are you planning on making a pack that can hold outer sleeves?

At this time no, during our beta we had over 1400 people fill out a survey about their cubes. One of the points covered what sleeves people are using. Only 0.4% (6 people) said they triple sleeved their cubes. While double sleeved was 53.1% and single sleeved was 46.5%.

With this data in mind we made the packs with double sleeving in mind.

Are Cubeamajigs water proof?

If you accidentally pour liquid on it, it’ll help to prevent some of that liquid getting to the cards. But if submerged the contents inside will get wet as the pack when closed doesn’t create a full seal.

If you get the pack wet, since it’s plastic it won’t get damaged and is easy to clean/dry.

What happens if I drop the pack will it open?

If both tabs on the front are in we’ve found that the pack will not open. So if you accidentally drop your cube on the floor you won’t need to worry about picking up cards off the floor, just a few packs.

When can I expect to get my packs?

Here’s a breakdown of our timeline. This timeline assumes there are not issues with production and there isn’t any holdups with shipping/customs.

•	Campaign runs from May 8 - June 7
•	2 week wait for Kickstarter to process orders and confirm successful pledges June 7 - 21
•	Backer kit surveys are sent out. Here you select your packs which will tell us how much of each to order. We will wait 2 weeks to get the base orders in and use these numbers to account for how much of each we should get. Jun 21 - July 5
•	File Prep: we will have all the files prepared for production by the time the surveys are in so no additional time added
•	Production: 3-4 weeks for production July 5 - Aug 11
•	Shipping to Cardamajigs offices: 4-6 weeks Aug 11 - Sept 25
•	And then we ship!

Are the packs see through?

The beta run of cubeamajigs has a slight transparency, most noticeably on the single color packs. We’ve already talking to the production facility and this has been resolved for the final version.

Else wise you can easily fix the issue by making sure when you place the cards inside that the card back is facing out.

Last updated: May 08, 2018 07:27

Are there any other issues that were discovered in the beta?

The rest of the issues we discovered with the product were cosmetic and have all been resolved. They were 1) Glue on the flap where the box is assembled is visible 2) The graphic could be scratched off from the inside if you tried hard enough 3) The outside of the pack scuffs easily

We’ve worked with the production facility and we’re happy to announce that all of these issues have been resolved for the final run. The printing will have a scratch resistant coating as well as having the printing on the outside so it covers where the glue is placed.

The locking mechanism how durable is it?

Beta users did note they were concerned that if the pack were to break anywhere it would be that mechanism, none have reported doing so though. From our initial testing of opening and closing boxes for a couple hours we found that they were quite durable and haven’t had any break on us.

Last updated: May 08, 2018 07:27

Are you going to be offering tokens, pins or any other products through this campaign?

No. We mulled it over and wanted to keep the campaign simple and just focus on the packs. Any more and we feel like there would have been a mixed message/focus.

Last updated: May 08, 2018 07:27

How much is international shipping per tier?

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
